This recipe is courtesy of my most handsome fellow. This recipe is from one of his two cookbooks, a random, photo-less vegan cookbook called Local Bounty. We taste tested the soup with a few different hot sauces none of them African and decided that sriracha was the best.

Umm Mm good! Peanut and curry are blended together for a very unique and creamy textured soup. It goes great with some warm sourdough bread and a light salad since it's such a rich and hearty soup!
My late parents, especially my late mother had a sweet tooth and she liked desserts and sugar-loaded foods. Bee Koh Moy or sweet black sticky rice soup is a similar dessert. So many years later, the same vendor is still selling at the same spot, with the best and most decadent sweet peanut soup and other tong sui in Penang. This is my home-made sweet peanut soup and the taste is exactly the same as the ones sold at Jelutong market.
I am a huge fan of Thai cuisine especially of the spicy peanut sauce which I am guilty of eating by the spoonful. With soup season here I was thinking why not eat it by the spoonful in the form of a soup with all of the flavours of the spicy peanut sauce? I started the soup off with the elements of the peanut sauce including peanut butter, red curry pastetamarind, sugar and fish sauce for a perfect blend of spicy, sour, sweet and salty.
You guys, this soup! Not huge on kale? Swap for spinach.
Plus, I hear all you east coast people are basically freezing your butts off and covered in snow, so I figured a warm and cozy soup was the perfect dinner to share today. Although we did get a large amount of snow on Christmas, we have had straight sunshine since. Pretty much happens every year, I want spring and winter is just not ready to let go.
This 30 Minute Thai Peanut Chicken Ramen is for those nights when you need a cozy, healthy dinner, and you need it fast. All made in the instant pot or in one pot on the stoveusing healthy, pantry staple, ingredients. Perfect for a cold night in, after a long busy day. Currently all I can think about is slow cooked dishes, creamy soups, pastas, bowls of chili, homemade beer bread, and fall baking.
February 17, For the past 5 months basically since I found out I was pregnantI have wanted this soup. Umm, what?
This quick and easy Vegan Thai Peanut Ramen Noodle Soup is made with a super creamy peanut coconut broth, roasted mushrooms, and crispy tofu. And after my Vegan Pad Thai Recipe was so delicious, I wanted to share this tasty and incredibly creamy Japanese noodle soup. Actually, my version actually reminds me of a pasta dish with creamy coconut peanut sauce and vegetables.
